Deezer Illustrations

Over the last few months, I've been working on a series of projects for Deezer's rebrand, in close collaboration with the brand's creative team.

Deezer is a music streaming service based in France that has been around for 17 years. Last year (2023), the brand underwent a major rebrand, mainly rescuing its musical essence. The brand, which now has a very flexible visual system, new typography, and very original elements, decided to incorporate the illustrations in this new phase.

Initially, in addition to aligning style and all the details that go into a brand project, we illustrated generic things that would be used in the launch of the new identity, after which we developed some more specific projects, such as MyDeezerYearTarot (retrospective of the year) and the themed covers for the Christmas playlists (2023).

Right from the start, we kept in mind that we had to create characters with a strong personality and that these illustrations had to have a light dose of humor. In short, I think that the illustrations created for Deezer always have that musical, relaxed, bold, and super vibrant spirit.
